Potato and Rosemary Pizza
An Italian-style white pizza: no tomato, just a thin layer of cream under sliced potatoes, rosemary, mozzarella, parmesan and olives. The dough rises in a sealed Mixing Bowl, and the Silicone Baking Sheet goes on the oven rack so the base bakes crisp without sticking.

Method
In the Tupperware Mixing Bowl, whisk the yeast, water, olive oil and sugar together and leave for 10 minutes.
Add the flour and salt and mix until the dough comes away from the sides of the bowl, adding a little more flour if needed. Knead briefly by hand, seal the bowl and leave to rise for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, steam the potatoes for about 25 minutes, until a fork slides in easily. Leave them for 10 minutes, then slice.
Take the rack out of the oven, set the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet with rim on it and heat the oven to 425 °F (220 °C).
Stretch the dough into a round about 9 1/2 in (24 cm) across and lay it on the silicone sheet. Spread the cream over it, then sprinkle with the rosemary, salt and pepper. Top with the potato slices, mozzarella, parmesan and olives.
Slide the rack into the lowest position of the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Slide the pizza off the sheet, cut and serve.
