Matcha and White Chocolate Cake
A soft, bright green cake flavoured with matcha and made rich with melted white chocolate and butter. It cooks in the microwave in about 10 minutes: the Pro Ring set inside the MicroPro Grill gives it a neat round shape and even edges.

Ingredients
Method
Whisk the sugar and eggs in the Tupperware Thatsa Bowl, medium size, with the Tupperware Whisk until frothy. Add the flour, matcha, baking powder and salt and fold in with the Tupperware Silicone Spatula just until combined.
Break the white chocolate into pieces and put it in the Tupperware Micro Pitcher with the butter. Cover and microwave on high power (1000 W) in 30-second bursts until melted, then leave for 1 minute and stir; if needed, heat in 10-second bursts until smooth.
Fold the melted chocolate into the batter until even.
Place the Tupperware Pro Ring in the base of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill and lightly oil the base and the cover. Pour in the batter, put the cover on in the grilling position and microwave for 10 minutes at 50% power (500 W).
Leave to stand for 10 minutes. Run a thin spatula around the inside of the ring to release it, then lift the cake out with the spatula.
Once cool, dust with powdered sugar and top with raspberries.
