Ingredients
Method
Put the rice and water in the base of the Tupperware Microwave Rice Maker, fit the insert and cover. Microwave on high power (1000 W) for 5 minutes, then at 50% power (500 W) for 15 minutes.
While the rice cooks, chop the red onion and cilantro finely in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Compact. Add the avocado, lime juice and salt and pull the cord until well mixed.
When the rice is done, remove the cover and insert, add the cilantro, oil, lime and lemon juices and salt, and fluff with a fork.
Season the steak on both sides. Place 2 pieces in the base of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill, cover in the grilling position and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 5 minutes. Rest, then slice thinly. Cook the remaining steak the same way.
Spread a spoonful of rice over each tortilla, add guacamole, steak and toppings, then roll up tightly. Toast briefly on both sides in a dry pan if you like, and serve warm.
