Method

  1. Cut the salmon into pieces and chop it finely in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra with salt, pepper and the dill leaves.

  2. Fill the Tupperware Crousty Party fitted with the rectangle insert and press, pushing out the last of the mixture with the thin silicone spatula. Cut into 4 rectangles.

  3. Heat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Cut the cheese into 8 rectangular slices and the pastry into 4 rectangles.

  4. In the centre of each pastry rectangle, place a slice of cheese, a portion of salmon and a second slice of cheese.

  5. Brush the pastry edges with water using the Tupperware Silicone Brush, fold them over the filling and press to seal.

  6. Set the parcels on the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet on the cold oven rack, brush with the egg wash and bake for about 25 minutes, until golden. Serve with vegetables and, if you like, a sauce of cream warmed with a little blue cheese.
