Method

  1. Put all the ingredients except the lettuce into the Tupperware Mixing Bowl 3 l in the order listed and mix with a silicone spatula until evenly combined.

  2. Shape the mixture into 8 meatballs of the same size.

  3. Wash the lettuce and dry it in the Tupperware Salad Spinner 3 l. Wrap each meatball in a leaf.

  4. Pour 400 ml (1 2/3 cups) water into the reservoir of the Tupperware Micro Vap' steamer, set the lower colander on top and arrange the wrapped meatballs in it.

  5. Put the lid on and microwave at 800 W for 11 minutes for pink meat or 12 minutes for well done.
