Method

  1. Heat the milk with the nutmeg in the Tupperware MicroCook Pitcher 1 l for about 5 minutes at 600 W.

  2. Pour in the polenta in a thin stream, stirring with the Tupperware Silicone Spatula, then cook for about 2 minutes at 600 W.

  3. Beat in the grated Parmesan, butter, salt and pepper vigorously. Leave to rest for 10 minutes.

  4. Heat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F), fan setting. Put half the polenta in the Tupperware Crousty Party fitted with the 6-round or gnocchi insert and press.

  5. Cut into gnocchi of the size you like and place them on the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet set on the cold oven rack. Repeat with the rest of the polenta.

  6. Bake for about 20 minutes. Serve hot with the sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan shavings, Serrano ham and basil.
