Seafood Skewers with Baby Carrots

  1. Deseed the peppers and cut the red one into 12 pieces and the yellow one into 8.

  2. Assemble 4 skewers on wooden sticks in this order: red pepper, monkfish, yellow pepper, cod, red pepper, salmon, yellow pepper, monkfish, and a final piece of red pepper.

  3. Lay the skewers in the Tupperware Freezer Container 3 l. Shake the marinade ingredients together in the Tupperware Quick Shake, pour over the skewers and leave to marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.

  4. Pour 400 ml (1 2/3 cups) water into the reservoir of the Tupperware Micro Vap' steamer. Put the baby carrots in the lower colander and the skewers in the upper colander, stack them on the reservoir, put the lid on and microwave for 10 minutes at 800 W.

  5. Leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
