Method

  1. Trim and peel the spring onions, then chop them finely with the garlic and coriander in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra.

  2. Add the chicken, cut into pieces, the spices, cheese, salt and pepper, and process until minced.

  3. Divide into 4 equal portions, press each into a patty with the Tupperware Hamburger Press and brush lightly with oil using the silicone brush.

  4. Cook 2 patties in the Tupperware Air Fryer at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 12 minutes. Cook the other 2 for about 10 minutes, as the air fryer is already hot.

  5. Blend the peeled red onion with the barbecue sauce in the chopper. Spread it on the bottom halves of the buns, close them and warm them in the air fryer.

  6. Fill the warm buns with lettuce, tomato, sauce and a chicken patty. Serve with a green salad or air-fried chips.
