Method

  1. Beat the egg in a bowl, add the beef, breadcrumbs, onion, sauces, lime juice, sugar and seasonings, and mix vigorously until evenly combined.

  2. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape firm patties with the Tupperware Hamburger Press.

  3. For the coleslaw, slice the cabbage and carrot very thinly with the Tupperware Mandoline and toss with the rice vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice, honey and sesame oil.

  4. Mix the ingredients of whichever sauce you have chosen.

  5. Preheat the Tupperware Air Fryer to 190 °C (375 °F) for about 5 minutes. Cook 2 patties for about 5 minutes, turn them and cook for 2 to 5 minutes more to taste. Repeat with the other 2. A frying pan works too.

  6. Warm the buns and fill them with coleslaw, sauce, salad leaves and a patty.
