Method

  1. Seed the red pepper and cut it into pieces. Put it in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra with the beans, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, coriander, salt and lime juice and chop coarsely.

  2. Divide the mixture evenly into 4 portions and shape each into a patty with the Tupperware Hamburger Press.

  3. Cook 2 patties in the Tupperware Air Fryer at 200 °C (400 °F) for about 15 minutes, turning them halfway. Cook the other 2 for about 13 minutes. In a lightly oiled frying pan, allow about 7 minutes per side.

  4. Warm the buns, fill them with the patties and your choice of sauce and toppings, and serve hot.
