Method

  1. Put the beans, onion, garlic, oats, cumin, salt and pepper in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra and process until coarsely chopped.

  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty with the Tupperware Hamburger Press.

  3. Put 2 patties in the Tupperware Air Fryer and cook at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 6 minutes. Turn them and cook for 4 minutes more. Repeat with the other 2.

  4. Assemble the burgers in the buns with your choice of toppings and serve hot.
