Mexican-Style Burger
A Tex-Mex burger where the flavour goes inside the patty: lime, coriander, jalapeño, garlic, grated cheese and crushed crisps for texture. The SuperSonic Chopper chops the herbs and chilli finely, and the Hamburger Press gives patties that hold together despite all the add-ins.
