
Crispy Spiralized Potato Cups
Little nests of spiralized potato seasoned with Parmesan, chives and paprika, baked until the edges crisp. The Handy Spiralizer cuts long even strands, and the cavities of the Silicone Muffin Mould hold them in cup shapes that release cleanly.

Method
Heat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Set the Tupperware Silicone Muffin Mould on a metal baking sheet.
Check that the blade of the Tupperware Handy Spiralizer is on the spiralize setting. Press a potato half, flat side down, onto the vegetable holder, hold the base firmly and turn to cut it into strands. Repeat with the other halves.
Pat the strands dry with a clean cloth, put them in a bowl and toss with the oil, Parmesan, chives and all the seasonings.
Pack the potato into the cavities of the mould and bake for 25 minutes, until crisp and golden. Garnish as you like and serve hot.
