  1. Cut the florets off the broccoli heads as close to the top as possible, keeping the stems. Put the florets in the shielded colander of the Tupperware Smart Multi-Cooker.

  2. Fill the base with water to the maximum steaming line, set the colander in it, put on the shielded cover and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 8 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, fit the Tupperware Fusion Master Spiralizer with the thin noodle blade. Fix a broccoli stem on the pin and holder, lock it and turn the handle to spiralize; repeat with the second stem.

  4. When the florets are done, put the stem noodles in the shallow colander, set it in the shielded colander, cover and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 1 minute more. Leave to cool slightly.

  5. Toss all the broccoli with the olive oil, garlic powder, pepper flakes, salt, lemon juice and Parmesan, and serve warm.
