Strawberry and Cucumber Noodle Salad

  1. Push a cucumber half into the opening of the Tupperware Handy Spiralizer and turn steadily to cut it into noodles. Repeat with the other half and put the noodles in a medium bowl.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk the lime zest, lime juice and honey, pour over the cucumber and toss to coat.

  3. Add the strawberries, mint, cheese and pepper, toss lightly and serve straight away.
