
Steamed Tofu and Vegetable Dumplings
Plant-based dumplings made with a simple flour and water dough and a filling of tofu, carrot, ginger and green onion. The Smart Multi-Cooker steams them in the microwave, six at a time, without a bamboo steamer or a pot on the hob.

Method
In a small bowl, stir the flour, warm water and salt into a dough. As soon as it is cool enough to handle, knead it by hand until smooth, then let it rest for 2 minutes.
Crumble the tofu with a fork in the Tupperware Thatsa large bowl and mix in the green onions, ginger, carrot, vinegar and soy sauce.
Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each one into a thin 4 in (10 cm) round. Put a heaped tablespoon of filling in the middle, wet the edge with water, fold over and pinch to seal.
Pour 1 3/4 cups (400 ml) water into the base of the Tupperware Smart Multi-Cooker. Lay 6 dumplings in a single layer in the shielded colander, cover and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 8 minutes.
Let them rest a moment before lifting them out, then cook the second batch the same way. Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
