Strawberry and Kiwi Tart with Almond Cream

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F), conventional setting. Put the flour, salt, baking powder, oil, water and sugar in a bowl with an airtight lid, seal it and shake hard in all directions for a few seconds. Open and gather the dough into a ball.

  2. Roll out the pastry with the Tupperware Modulo Rolling Pin and line the Tupperware Silicone Tart Mould set on the cold oven rack.

  3. Finely grate the almonds with the Tupperware Grate 'n Store. Mix them with the eggs, butter and sugar in the Tupperware Speedy Chef until smooth.

  4. Spread the almond cream over the pastry and bake on a low shelf for about 20 minutes. Leave to cool before turning the tart shell out onto a serving plate.

  5. Hull the strawberries and peel the kiwis with the Tupperware 2-in-1 Peeler. Cut the fruit into thick slices and arrange them over the cooled base. Dust with icing sugar and serve, or chill for 2 to 3 hours and dust just before serving.
