Mini Spanish Tortillas

Individual Spanish-style tortillas of potato, shallot and egg, baked in rings rather than fried in a pan. The potatoes are precooked in the MicroCook Pitcher, and the silicone donut mould gives each tortilla the same size and turns them out cleanly.

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F). Peel the shallot and garlic and chop them in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Compact.

  2. Put them in the Tupperware MicroCook Pitcher 1 l with the oil and microwave for 1 minute at 600 W.

  3. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes with the Tupperware Super Dicer. Add them to the pitcher with the water, stir and microwave for about 8 minutes at 600 W, stirring halfway.

  4. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, then fold in the cooked potatoes with the Tupperware Silicone Spatula. Adjust the seasoning.

  5. Set the Tupperware Silicone Donut Mould on the cold oven rack, spoon the mixture into the cavities and bake for about 20 minutes. Wait a few minutes before turning out.
