Method

  1. Heat the oven to 190 °C (375 °F), conventional setting.

  2. In a bowl, stir all the cookie dough ingredients together with the Tupperware Silicone Spatula until smooth.

  3. Set the Tupperware Mini Football Mould on the cold oven rack, divide the dough between the cavities and press it down with the back of a tablespoon.

  4. Bake for about 15 minutes. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before turning out, then let the cookies cool completely.

  5. Slice each cookie in half horizontally with a serrated knife.

  6. Beat the filling ingredients together with the Tupperware Whisk, spread over the bottom halves and replace the tops. Leave to set for 1 hour if you can.
