Baked Eggs in Tomatoes

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Slice a lid off each tomato with the tomato knife.

  2. Scoop out the seeds and pulp carefully without piercing the skin. Season the inside with salt and pepper.

  3. Butter the Tupperware Premiaglass casserole 2.1 l and stand the tomatoes in it.

  4. Melt the rest of the butter in the Tupperware MicroCook Pitcher 1 l for 30 seconds at 600 W and pour about 5 ml (1 tsp) into each tomato. Break an egg carefully into each one.

  5. Grate the Gouda with the universal grater and chop the parsley in the SuperSonic Chopper Tall. Sprinkle both over the tomatoes.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes and serve straight from the oven.
