Mediterranean Chicken Tian

A layered bake of thin courgette slices, chicken strips, tomatoes and mozzarella, seasoned with garlic and basil. The large Premiaglass square roasting dish holds enough for six in neat layers and goes straight from the oven to the table.

  1. Heat the oven to 190 °C (375 °F). On the flexible cutting board, cut the chicken into strips with the paring knife. Slice the mozzarella, then slice the tomatoes thinly with the tomato knife.

  2. Trim the courgettes and slice them with the MandoJunior on thickness 1.

  3. In the Tupperware Premiaglass square roasting dish 3.2 l, build up layers in this order: courgette, chicken, tomato, mozzarella. Repeat until everything is used, overlapping the courgette slices generously and pressing each layer against the sides of the dish as you go.

  4. Cut the onion into wedges and tuck them in at both ends of the dish. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt, a little garlic powder and basil.

  5. Bake for about 30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbling.
