Bacon and Cancoillotte Tartiflette

A lighter take on tartiflette, using runny cancoillotte cheese and light cream in place of a whole reblochon. The potatoes steam in the microwave in the Micro Urban, so the dish only needs a short spell in the oven in the Premiaglass square dish to bubble and brown.
