Method

  1. Heat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C) and brush the base of the Tupperware Ultra Pro 2 l pan with the oil.

  2. In a small Tupperware Thatsa Bowl, whisk the flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt together.

  3. In a medium Thatsa Bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar with the Tupperware Silicone Spatula until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla and whisk until smooth.

  4. Stir the dry ingredients into the butter mixture in two additions, just until no flour shows.

  5. Spread half the batter evenly in the Ultra Pro, cover with a single layer of sandwich cookies, then spread the rest of the batter on top and smooth it.

  6. Scatter the chopped chocolate bar and the white chocolate chips over the surface.

  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick in the centre comes out clean. Leave to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
