Method

  1. Heat the oven to 325 °F (160 °C) and lay the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet on a metal baking tray.

  2. In a large Tupperware Wonderlier Bowl, beat the butter, sugar, salt, vanilla and orange zest until creamy. Beat in the egg, then add the flour and stir only until no dry flour remains.

  3. Seal the bowl and chill the dough for at least 15 minutes.

  4. Using the medium Portioning Scoop, place 9 portions of dough on the sheet and flatten each one. With a little of the remaining dough, roll thin ropes, lay two on each cookie in an X and press a 1/2-inch (1 cm) ball in the centre.

  5. Bake for 12-14 minutes, then shape and bake the rest of the dough the same way.

  6. Once the cookies are cold, dip each one in cinnamon sugar. Keep them in an airtight container until serving.
