Cookies and Cream Cinnamon Rolls
Quick cinnamon rolls made from store-bought pizza dough, filled with chocolate hazelnut spread and crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and finished with a cream cheese frosting. The dough is rolled out on the Silicone Baking Sheet, and the rolls bake snugly in the round Ultra Pro with a little cream poured over so they stay soft.

Method
Heat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
Lay the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet with rim on a steady surface, dust it with flour and roll the dough out thinly to the size of the sheet.
Spread the chocolate hazelnut spread over the whole surface, sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon and then with the cookie crumbs.
Starting from a long side, roll the dough up tightly and move the log to the centre of the sheet. Slide a 12 in (30 cm) length of floss under the log, cross the ends over the top and pull them in opposite directions to cut a 2 in (5 cm) slice. Repeat along the whole log.
Arrange the rolls in the base of the Tupperware Ultra Pro 1.6 l round and pour the 1/2 cup cream over them. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden on top.
Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 cup cream in a small bowl until smooth, adding a little more cream if you want a looser frosting.
Spread the frosting over the warm rolls and serve.
