Method
In the Tupperware Thatsa Bowl, whisk the flour, sugar and baking powder together with the Tupperware Whisk.
Make a well in the middle and pour in the milk, melted butter and egg yolks. Whisk from the centre outwards until the batter is smooth.
Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks in the Tupperware Whip N Mix Chef.
With the Tupperware Silicone Spatula, gently fold in half the egg whites, then the rest.
Set the Tupperware Pro Ring on the base of the Tupperware MicroPro Grill and pour 200 ml (3/4 cup) of batter into it. Put the cover on in casserole position and microwave at 50% power (500 W) for 5 to 6 minutes.
Using oven gloves, lift off the ring and turn the pancake over with the spatula. Cover again in casserole position and microwave at 50% power (500 W) for 2 minutes 30 seconds.
For each of the next pancakes, pour 200 ml batter into the ring, cover and microwave at 50% power (500 W) for 2 to 3 minutes, turn and cook for 2 minutes more.
