Method

  1. Heat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C).

  2. Unroll one pie crust on the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet with rim. Trim off the curved edges with the back of a knife to get one large rectangle, then divide it into four equal rectangles and spread 1 tbsp jam over each, leaving the border clear.

  3. Roll out the second crust, trim and cut it the same way, and lay one piece over each jam-covered base. Press the edges together with a fork and brush the tops with beaten egg.

  4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.

  5. While the tarts bake, stir the powdered sugar, vanilla and milk together in a small bowl until smooth. Spoon the glaze into the Tupperware Decorating Pen and pipe it over the tarts. Serve straight away.
