  1. Heat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C).

  2. Put the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla in the base of the Tupperware Whip N Mix Chef, fit the cover and turn the handle in gear 2 until smooth.

  3. Unfold one pastry sheet on the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim. Take the Tupperware Kitchen Shears apart and use the blunt edge to mark and divide the pastry into four equal squares.

  4. Press a shallow hollow into the centre of each square, leaving a border, and fill with 2 tbsp of the cream cheese mixture. Brush the borders with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.

  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until puffed and golden. Repeat with the second pastry sheet and the rest of the filling, then finish with your chosen toppings and serve.
