Method

  1. Heat the oven to 325 °F (160 °C).

  2. Beat the butter and sugar together until creamy, then beat in the egg and extract until smooth.

  3. Add the salt, baking soda and flour and mix only until no dry flour remains.

  4. Scoop the dough with the medium Tupperware Portioning Scoop, roll each ball in the coating of your choice and set them 2 in (5 cm) apart on the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet with rim.

  5. Bake for 9 to 12 minutes, until set at the edges. Serve warm.
