Ice Cream Cake
A layered freezer cake of vanilla and chocolate ice cream with hot fudge and a crunchy cookie crumble in the middle. The SuperSonic Chopper Extra crushes the cookies, the Silicone Baking Sheet toasts the crumble, and the Freezer Mate shapes and stores the cake until it is firm enough to turn out.

Ingredients
Method
Heat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Set the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet with rim on a metal baking tray.
Put the cookies in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra fitted with the blade, close and pull the cord until coarsely crushed. Stir in the melted butter, spread the crumbs over the silicone sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Leave to cool.
Let the vanilla ice cream soften for 10 minutes. Line the base of the Tupperware Freezer Mate large shallow container with parchment paper, spread the ice cream in an even layer and freeze for 30 minutes.
Take the chocolate ice cream out to soften for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, spread the hot fudge over the frozen vanilla layer, scatter the cookie crumble on top and return to the freezer for 10 minutes.
Spread the chocolate ice cream over the crumble and smooth the top. Seal the Freezer Mate and freeze for at least 1 hour, or overnight, until firm.
Turn the cake out and peel off the parchment. Cover the vanilla side with the whipped topping, decorate with sprinkles and keep in the freezer until serving.
