Method

  1. Heat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F), conventional setting.

  2. In the Tupperware Clarence+ bowl 2.4 l, whisk the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, salt, oil and eggs into a smooth batter.

  3. Peel the carrots, grate them with the Tupperware Grate n Store and stir them in.

  4. Divide the batter between the cavities of the Tupperware silicone egg mould set on the cold oven rack. Bake low in the oven for about 30 minutes, then leave for 10 minutes before turning out.

  5. Whisk the cream cheese, vanilla and icing sugar in the Tupperware Speedy Chef on speed 1. Add the melted butter and whisk until light.

  6. Split each cake in half horizontally, fill with frosting straight away and decorate the tops with the rest.
