Zucchini and Cured Ham Charlotte

A chilled savoury charlotte: zucchini ribbons bound with fresh goat's cheese and fromage frais, set with a little gelatine and wrapped in thin slices of cured ham. The zucchini cook in minutes in the microwave, and the lidded Charlotte Mould presses the filling into a neat shape that turns out cleanly.

Method

  1. Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water for about 10 minutes.

  2. Wash the zucchini and cut them into ribbons with the Tupperware Spiralizer.

  3. Put the ribbons in the Tupperware Micro Urban and microwave for about 10 minutes at 600 W.

  4. Tip the hot zucchini into a large bowl. Squeeze the gelatine dry, add it and stir until it melts, then mix in the goat's cheese, fromage frais, salt, pepper and Espelette pepper.

  5. Brush the inside of the Tupperware Charlotte Mould with the oil using the Silicone Brush and line it with the ham slices. Spoon in the filling and press it down.

  6. Close the mould and chill for 3 hours before turning out.
