No-Bake Speculoos Cheesecake
A cheesecake that never goes in the oven: a crushed speculoos base, a cream cheese and biscuit spread filling, and a glossy layer of melted spread on top. The butter and spread are melted in the MicroCook Pitcher, and the Premiaglass dish lets you serve it in squares straight from the fridge.
