Method

  1. Peel the zucchini in stripes with the 2-in-1 peeler and cut them into large cubes with the Tupperware Super Dicer.

  2. Chop the parsley in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Compact. Fry the zucchini in the olive oil in a frying pan, add the parsley, season and stir. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

  3. Drain the zucchini and leave to cool. Heat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).

  4. In the Tupperware Mixing Bowl 3.5 l, beat the eggs with the flat whisk, whisk in the flour a little at a time, then the milk.

  5. Cut the chorizo and mozzarella into small pieces with a paring knife.

  6. Brush the Tupperware Premiaglass square dish 1.9 l with oil. Spread the zucchini, mozzarella and chorizo in it and pour the batter over.

  7. Bake for 25 minutes. Leave to rest for 5 minutes, then serve hot or cold with a green salad.
