Cherry Far Breton
A far is a dense, custardy Breton flan, somewhere between a clafoutis and a baked pudding; this version is enriched with cream and dotted with cherries. The batter is whisked in one go with the Speedy Chef, and the heavy Premiaglass dish handles the high initial heat and long, gentle bake that sets it.

Heat the oven to 230 °C (450 °F). Butter and flour the Tupperware Premiaglass square dish 1.9 l.
Wash the cherries, stone them if you like and spread them in the dish.
Whisk the eggs in the Tupperware Speedy Chef. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, salt, cornflour, milk, cream and kirsch in that order, whisking on speed 2 until smooth.
Pour the batter over the cherries.
Bake for about 10 minutes, then lower the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and bake for about 1 hour more.
Leave to cool for about 1 hour and serve lukewarm or cold, dusted with icing sugar from the Tupperware shaker.
