  1. Halve the eggs lengthwise, scoop out the yolks and set the whites aside.

  2. Put the yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, garlic, bell pepper, radish and parsley in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall fitted with the paddle, cover and pull the cord until well combined.

  3. Fold in the potato and spoon the filling into the egg whites. Garnish with a little more radish or parsley.
