Method

  1. Season the chicken with the salt and lay it in the base of the Tupperware Microwave Pressure Cooker.

  2. Put the apple and onion in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall fitted with the blade, cover and pull the cord until finely chopped. Scatter the mixture over the chicken.

  3. Pour in the cider so it covers everything. Lock the cover and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 15 minutes.

  4. Leave the cooker to stand until the pressure has dropped on its own and the indicator is down, then open it.

  5. Pull the chicken apart with two forks, stir it back into some of the cooking liquid and serve warm.
