  1. Put the chickpeas and garlic in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Compact, cover and pull the cord a few times to chop them roughly.

  2. Add the lemon juice, tahini and olive oil with salt and pepper to taste. Cover again and keep pulling the cord until the dip is smooth.

  3. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and finish with a drizzle of sriracha, a little chili crisp and a few cilantro leaves.
