Method

  1. Heat the oven to 425 °F (220 °C). Set the Tupperware Mandoline on a stable surface with the round knob on 6 and the triangular knob on 9. Fix a potato on the food guard and slide it down the blade to cut fries; repeat with the others.

  2. Spread the fries in a single layer on the Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim and bake for about 20 minutes, until crisp.

  3. Meanwhile, melt the butter in the Tupperware Chef Series 3 l sauteuse over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook, whisking now and then, until it turns a golden caramel colour.

  4. Turn the heat to low and slowly pour in the broth, whisking all the time, then simmer for 5 minutes.

  5. Put the cornstarch and cold water in a Tupperware Snack Cup, seal and shake until smooth. Whisk it into the gravy and take the pan off the heat.

  6. Pile the fries onto plates, break the mozzarella into chunks over them and pour about 1/2 cup (120 ml) gravy over each portion.
