
Pot Roast Sandwiches
Shredded beef sandwiches made from a chuck roast rubbed with brown sugar, paprika and garlic and cooked with onions in broth and cider vinegar. The Microwave Pressure Cooker turns this tough cut tender in 25 minutes instead of several hours in the oven.

Method
Mix the garlic powder, paprika, brown sugar and salt and rub the mixture all over the roast.
Put the roast in the base of the Tupperware Microwave Pressure Cooker, add the onion slices, pour in enough broth to cover and add the vinegar.
Lock the cover and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 25 minutes. Let the pressure drop on its own before opening.
Shred the beef with two forks and pile it into the buns with the cooked onions and some white cheddar. Serve warm.
