Method

  1. Pour 45 ml (3 tbsp) of the milk into the Tupperware Speedy Chef, then add the eggs, flour and salt, plus the sugar for sweet crêpes. Close and mix on speed 2 for 20 seconds.

  2. Add 150 ml (2/3 cup) of milk and mix for another 20 seconds.

  3. Add the remaining milk and the melted butter and mix on speed 1 for 20 seconds.

  4. Heat a lightly oiled crêpe pan. Pour in a little batter and spread it thinly, cook until lightly golden, then flip and cook the second side for about 1 minute.

  5. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
