A light fruit flan of fromage frais, eggs and sugar poured over fresh apricot halves and cooked in the microwave instead of the oven. The MicroPlus round dish cooks it evenly, and short rests during cooking keep the custard smooth.

  1. Whisk the fromage frais, sugar, eggs and custard powder together with the Tupperware Flexible Whisk.

  2. Oil the Tupperware MicroPlus 1 l round dish with the Tupperware Silicone Brush. Halve and stone the apricots and arrange them in the dish, then pour the custard over.

  3. Cook uncovered for about 14 minutes at 600 W, pausing for 1 minute every 3 to 4 minutes of cooking.

  4. Serve warm or cold, sprinkled with crumbled lavender or dusted with icing sugar.
