+ Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper, Tupperware Mixing bowl

Ingredients

12pieces

Method

  1. Halve the jalapeños lengthways, scrape out the seeds, rinse and pat dry.

  2. Chop the cheddar finely in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Compact. In the Tupperware Mixing Bowl 1 l, beat it with the cream cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper into a smooth filling, using a narrow silicone spatula.

  3. Fill each jalapeño half with about 1 tbsp of the cheese mixture. Wrap each one diagonally in a half slice of bacon so the filling is fully covered, twice over if possible, as the bacon shrinks during cooking.

  4. Preheat the Tupperware Air Fryer to 200 °C (400 °F) for 5 minutes.

  5. Arrange half the peppers in the basket without letting them touch and cook for about 15 minutes, until the bacon is cooked through. Keep warm and cook the second batch the same way.
