Lemon and Dill Fish Burger

Method

  1. Rinse the fish and pat it dry, then cut it into pieces.

  2. Chop the peeled spring onions finely in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra. Add the oil, the lemon zest and juice from the Tupperware Zest n Press, the dill, salt and pepper and process again. Add the fish and pulse until coarsely chopped.

  3. Transfer to a 2 l bowl and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Stir in the beaten egg and breadcrumbs to firm up the mixture. Shape 4 patties with the Tupperware Hamburger Press, pressing well.

  5. Cook the patties in the Tupperware Air Fryer at 190 °C (375 °F) for about 12 minutes, turning them halfway; adjust the time to taste.

  6. Warm the buns if you like. Spread them with the mayonnaise mixed with the capers, add a fish patty and some rocket, close and eat straight away.
