Method

  1. Cut the chicken into pieces and mince it in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Extra.

  2. In a 1.5 l bowl, mix the chicken with half the pesto, the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape each one into a patty with the Tupperware Hamburger Press.

  3. Toast the buns in the Tupperware Air Fryer at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 5 minutes and keep them warm.

  4. Cook 2 patties in the basket at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 7 minutes. Turn them carefully with tongs and cook for about 4 minutes more, then top each with a slice of mozzarella and cook for about 3 minutes, until melted. Keep warm and repeat with the other 2 patties.

  5. Spread the remaining pesto over the buns, add a slice of tomato and a cheese-topped patty, drizzle with balsamic glaze and close. Serve with a rocket salad.
