Savoury Pineapple Carpaccio with Cured Ham

  1. Simmer the balsamic vinegar and honey in a small saucepan until reduced by half. Set aside.

  2. Peel the pineapple and cut it lengthways into pieces. Slice them thinly with the Tupperware Mandoline directly over a shallow 650 ml Tupperware dish, then spread the slices out evenly.

  3. Zest the lime and squeeze the juice of half of it with the Tupperware Zest n Press. Pour the juice, zest and balsamic reduction over the pineapple, close the dish and marinate in the fridge for about 20 minutes.

  4. Drain the pineapple and arrange it on a large platter with the ham. Drizzle with the olive oil and finish with a grinding of pepper.
