Stuffed Chicken, Apples and Corn Stuffing Stack
A full dinner cooked on three levels at once: chorizo and corn stuffing at the bottom, chicken breasts filled with broccoli and cheddar in the middle, and apples stuffed with walnuts and dates on top. The TupperWave Stack Cooker lets the three dishes share one microwave session, with the steam from the lower layers cooking the upper ones.

Method
For the apples, mix the walnuts, dates, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Press the mixture onto the cut sides of the apple quarters and arrange them in the 750 ml casserole cover of the Tupperware TupperWave Stack Cooker.
For the chicken, cut several lengthwise slits across the top of each piece and season with the salt and pepper. Mix the broccoli, cheddar, garlic powder and butter, and push this filling into the slits. Lay the chicken in the colander and set it on the 1.75 l casserole.
For the stuffing, put the chorizo, onion and butter in the 3 l casserole and microwave on high power (1000 W) for 2 minutes. Stir, then mix in the corn, stuffing mix, broth and salt.
Stack the 1.75 l casserole with the chicken on top of the 3 l casserole, then place the cover holding the apples upside down on top. Microwave on high power (1000 W) for 15 to 20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the apples are tender.
Leave to stand for a few minutes, then serve each layer straight from its dish.
