Snail and Parsley Butter Puff Pastry Cones
A party-sized take on snails in parsley butter: small puff pastry cones filled with chopped snails and herb butter, then returned to the oven. Winding the pastry halfway up the Cornets Party cones gives bite-sized cones that hold the butter as it melts.

Method
Heat the oven to 190 °C (375 °F).
Cut the pastry into strips and wind a strip around each Tupperware Cornets Party cone, from the tip to halfway up, to make small cones. Brush with the egg wash and bake for about 12 minutes; work in two batches if you have fewer than 8 cones.
Strip the parsley leaves and chop them with the soft butter, ground hazelnuts, salt and pepper. Rinse the snails, add them and chop coarsely.
Slide the pastry cones off the moulds, fill them with the snail butter and bake for about 10 minutes more.
