Method

  1. Put the flour, sugar, butter and egg yolk in the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Compact and pull the cord until the mixture turns crumbly.

  2. Lift out the blades and quickly press the dough together with your hands into a ball. Place it in the Tupperware Mixing Bowl 1 l and chill for 30 minutes.

  3. Heat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F), fan setting. Dust the dough with flour and roll it out 3 mm (1/8 in) thick on the lightly floured Tupperware Silicone Baking Sheet with the Tupperware Rolling Pin.

  4. Cut out shapes with the Tupperware Cookie Cutters and lay them on a second silicone baking sheet placed on the cold oven rack. Bake for about 10 minutes, then leave to cool.

  5. Stir the icing sugar and lemon juice together in a small bowl, fill the Tupperware Deco Pen and pipe patterns on the cooled biscuits. Chill briefly if you want the icing to set hard.
