  1. Break the banana into the Tupperware SuperSonic Chopper Tall and pull the cord until finely chopped.

  2. Add the egg, flour, honey, milk and baking powder and pull again until the batter is smooth.

  3. Heat a lightly oiled nonstick pan over medium heat. Pour in small rounds of batter and cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then turn and cook the other side until golden.
